If you increase the cocnut oil it will give you a nice firm lotion like solid for your stick. If your house is kept cool you will be fine, but it will melt or soften in the FL sun. In the summer we keep our windows open more than we run the air so I keep it in the basement bathroom or in the fridge! It melts and sinks into your skin on contact either way.Shelli C.https://www.blogger.com/profile/12401508930696612840noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8170627460438933474.post-18535618675750191612011-02-15T11:55:25.354-08:002011-02-15T11:55:25.354-08:00Did you mean to say "increase" the cocon...Did you mean to say "increase" the coconut oil to put in the deodorant stick or decrease? You know me being in Florida and all....I am curious about the breast cancer stuff. HMMMMM...I may be trying this sooner than later, but I hate lotion on my hands so it will need to be in the stick. Love you!Sunset Imageshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07075279251090107060noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8170627460438933474.post-37244931548194159712011-02-15T10:54:28.918-08:002011-02-15T10:54:28.918-08:00Not weird at all! But, I have heard of people using it that way. Odor is caused by the growth of bacteria on the skin so it makes sense that alcohol stops odor...it's killing the bacteria. It sounds wierd, but I live 2 blocks from the beach in MS. This keeps me feeling dryer and less stinky than store bought all natural deoderant.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
